One Hand Clapping is an ongoing series of e-mail “postcards” that began in April 2005. The not-quite-daily images have been called “little eye poems.” They are intended to give the viewer a pause, a brief escape,
a momentary meditation. It is about the ephemeral as well as ephemeral itself; it’s okay to delete. The image may be a still shot or a fleeting video; the subject might be almost anything.
